BOAT REPAIRS & PARTS

Midwest Sailing has considerable experience repairing and rigging both wooden and fiberglass sailboats.

That includes hulls, interiors, and standing and running rigging.  We also do minor repairs on trailers, sails, and canvas covers.  Electrical work is excluded.  Cost and completion estimates are given before work begins. The shop is well-equipped, and has two work bays, one of which has a 1.5-ton hoist capacity.  Repairs are also available off site to avoid moving or de-rigging the boat.  Mileage charges are applied. Midwest Sailing has a large inventory of used parts that can usually be purchased at a 30-40% discount off new prices.  If new parts are needed, they usually arrive within 5-7 days.  If an order can be combined with others, shipping costs can be reduced.
